1.3 Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate and capable of receiving delivery emails. alvirabagwan.com is not liable for delays due to incorrect or inaccessible email addresses.
2. Physical Products
2.1 Shipping Coverage

We currently offer domestic shipping within India via trusted courier partners. International shipping will be introduced at a later stage and communicated accordingly.
2.2 Dispatch Timeline

All physical products are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
2.3 Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.
2.4 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
2.5 Tracking

2.6 Non-Delivery & Returns

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or absence at the time of delivery:

i. Please report it via email within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery
ii. Claims beyond this window will not be entertained. -
Verified damage or loss will be resolved at the discretion of alvirabagwan.com, either via replacement or store credit.
