Alvira Bagwan

Hello! I am Alvira Bagwan. I am a psychologist with a master’s degree specializing in clinical psychology.

I aim to conduct practice with empathy, compassion, and honesty towards my clients, helping them take control of themselves by identifying the various pieces of their lives that impact and influence how they feel and guide them towards betterment.

 

I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, personal development, relationship coaching and career consulting. I specialize in relationship enhancement, interpersonal conflicts, and personal growth. I majorly work with individuals, couples and families who are experiencing relationship issues.

My role is not to direct, but to walk alongside you as you explore your inner world, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and cultivate healthier, more meaningful ways of living and relating. With a strong foundation in both science and sensitivity, I aim to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with your values and sense of self. 

Therapy is not just about addressing what’s wrong — it’s also about discovering what’s possible. Together, we work towards healing, growth, and lasting change.
