Cancellation and Refund Policy 

1. Therapy Sessions
 
1.1 Booking and Payment
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Payment confirms your commitment to the selected date and time.
     
1.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • You may cancel or reschedule a session with no penalty if at least 12 hours’ notice is provided before the scheduled appointment time.
  • If cancelled in this window, you are eligible to reschedule the session within seven (7) calendar days of the original appointment.
  • Only one rescheduling is permitted per booking. No additional fee is required.
     
1.3 Missed Sessions and Late Cancellations
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session or failure to attend are considered final.
  • No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided in such cases.
  • Exceptions will not be made for personal emergencies, technical issues, forgetfulness, or dissatisfaction after the session.
     
1.4 Refunds
  • Refunds are granted only if the session is cancelled with no intent to reschedule and the 12-hour notice period is met.
  • Refund requests outside this policy will not be considered.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay or the original payment method, at the discretion of alvirabagwan.com.
     
2. Digital Products
 
2.1 Final Sale
  • All digital product purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • This includes all downloadable workbooks, templates, journals, and printable materials.
     
2.2 Terms of Use
  • Purchased content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
  • The no-refund policy is displayed clearly at checkout and within product FAQs.
     
2.3 Refund Method
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay or the original payment method.
  • The method and timing of the refund will be determined by alvirabagwan.com based on operational feasibility.
